We are a mortgage consultant, so we are paid as part of the financing of your home loan. Our fee of 2.25% is paid by the lender, but we have options for borrower paid fees. Why finance with a borrower paid fee? Loan officer fees are wrapped into your interest rate. Borrower paid allows us to get you a lower interest rate, while increasing your cash to close. We would love to discuss this option with you.
